Ingredients

  • 1 cake base
  • 3 cups cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 pck.cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
  • 250 g quark, 20%
  • Jam (strawberry jam)
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Add paradise cream to the cream (be careful, only add powder to the cream. Do not mix)! Add the quark and fold in. Spray onto the cake base with the spaetzle press. Spread the strawberry jam on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
