Spaghetti Carbonara with Bacon and Cream

Spaghetti carbonara with bacon and cream is a classic Italian dish. In Italy, there is practically a cult of pasta. It is served in every home, cafe, restaurant. This is a very tasty and satisfying dish.

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 200 Grams
  • Ham – 100 Grams
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Cream – 200 Milliliters
  • Yolk – 3 Pieces
  • Parmesan – 50 Grams

Directions

  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, preferably olive oil. Then peel the garlic, chop very finely with the cloves with a sharp knife. Place the garlic in a skillet and cook for a couple of minutes.
  2. Cut the ham into long and thin strips. Put it in a frying pan with the garlic and stir. Fry the ham and garlic for five minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil the spaghetti or tagliatelle. To do this, boil water in a saucepan, dip the pasta in it and cook it until al dente so that it remains slightly damp inside. Discard the pasta in a colander and add it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. In a bowl, combine the grated parmesan and cream. Add raw egg yolks and season with salt and pepper. Whisk everything thoroughly. Then pour the sauce into a skillet and heat for about five minutes.
