Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 250 Grams
  • Bacon – 50 Grams
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters
  • Parmesan – 100 Grams
  • Fresh basil – 1 Bunch
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into small oblong pieces. Preheat a frying pan, add a few drops of olive oil to it. Place the bacon in a skillet and fry until crispy.
  2. While the bacon is fried, you can do the sauce. For the sauce, we need a bunch of fresh basil, which needs to be rinsed and dried. Then chop the basil finely with a sharp knife.
  3. Beat the chicken egg into a container, add salt and black pepper to taste, beat the egg slightly. Then pour the cream there, add the grated parmesan and basil. Mix everything well.
  4. Boil spaghetti according to package directions. They should come out slightly undercooked. Pour cold water over the spaghetti. Put the sauce with bacon in a frying pan with olive oil, put on medium heat, put spaghetti there. Stir everything slightly and wait until the egg thickens a little. The pasta can now be served.
