  • 400 g spahetti
  • 200 g bacon
  • 350 ml whipped cream
  • some oil
  • 2 handfuls parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a hot pan with the oil until crispy.
  2. Pour in the whipped cream and bring to the boil. Thicken the sauce with a little parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and serve with the remaining parmesan.
