Ingredients
- 3 chicken schnitzel (100 g each)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian (frozen)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 g tomato (s), passed
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- some salt and pepper
- 400 g spahetti
- Salt water
- Parmesan

- Cut the schnitzel into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
- Fry the meat strips in hot olive oil on both sides, add onion and garlic cubes and braise for 2 - 3 minutes. Pour in the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, sugar and herbs and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until firm to the bite, drain into a sieve and place in a bowl. Fold in the schnitzel sauce. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with parmesan.
