Ingredients

  • 3 chicken schnitzel (100 g each)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some salt and pepper
  • 400 g spahetti
  • Salt water
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cut the schnitzel into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Fry the meat strips in hot olive oil on both sides, add onion and garlic cubes and braise for 2 - 3 minutes. Pour in the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, sugar and herbs and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until firm to the bite, drain into a sieve and place in a bowl. Fold in the schnitzel sauce. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with parmesan.
