  • 250 g spahetti
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g rocket
  • 150 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 80 g sheep cheese
  • possibly basil
  • possibly oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the olive oil and sweat the garlic in it. Wash the rocket and tomatoes. Mix the oil with the finished spaghetti, season with basil and oregano if necessary.
  3. Finally, mix the rocket and the halved tomatoes with the spaghetti, serve with diced sheep`s cheese.
