Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti di sepia
  • Salt water
  • 250 g scampi
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Chili powder
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic and tomatoes into small cubes and the chillies into thin slices. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. In the meantime let the oil get hot in a pan. Add the scampi with the garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Then take the scampi out of the pan.
  3. Add the sour cream, the white wine and the chillies and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
  4. Add the freshly grated parmesan and tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the scampi to the sauce again, heat briefly and spread over the drained spaghetti.
