Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 6 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 40 g butter
  • 250 g cooked ham in slices
  • 1 bunch herbs, mixed

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the bacon and peppers into small cubes. Briefly fry the bacon in a pan. Add the parmesan, parsley, cream and diced paprika and briefly bring this sauce to the boil.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat. Drain the spaghetti.
  4. Spread a little butter on an ovenproof dish. Toss the pasta in the remaining butter, add to the tin with the sauce and mix. Roll up the ham slices and place them on top, they will then be nice and crispy. Alternatively, fold in the ham, but then chop it up a little.
  5. Baked in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs before serving.
