Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chop
  • Chop 20 g tomato (s), dried and finely
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 packet spinach, frozen
  • 150 g cream cheese, with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions and cool.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Deglaze with 250ml vegetable stock and add the frozen spinach and simmer over medium heat, finally add the 150g cream cheese and let it stand for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and some chili powder!
  5. Put the cooked spaghetti in a glass bowl, pour the spinach sauce over it, mix together and serve!
