- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g spahetti
- Parmesan

- Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions. Dice the onions and fry them with the olive oil in a pan with a higher rim until they are translucent.
- Dice the tomatoes (skin on), cut the garlic into small cubes, drain the tuna well and fry everything together with the onions for a short time. Now stir in the sour cream and add the spices.
- Then add the drained pasta to the pan and mix with the tuna, tomato and sour cream mixture. Then pour parmesan cheese (freshly grated if possible) on the plate.
