  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g spahetti
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions. Dice the onions and fry them with the olive oil in a pan with a higher rim until they are translucent.
  2. Dice the tomatoes (skin on), cut the garlic into small cubes, drain the tuna well and fry everything together with the onions for a short time. Now stir in the sour cream and add the spices.
  3. Then add the drained pasta to the pan and mix with the tuna, tomato and sour cream mixture. Then pour parmesan cheese (freshly grated if possible) on the plate.
