Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 800 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 2 tablespoon olives, black
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and the clove of garlic. Sweat in a pan with the tuna oil.
  2. Add the capers and tuna and sauté briefly. Add the tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of cane sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Add the olives and season with the spices.
  5. I have to add a dash of cream. You can also add some parmesan to the spaghetti just before serving.
