  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 2 cloves garlic, medium size
  • 12 olives
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the spaghetti in a large saucepan with water and season the water with salt. Now cook the spaghetti.
  2. While the spaghetti is cooking, take a large bowl in which you will serve the dish later. Now cut the tomatoes into eighths and cut the mozzarella into cube-sized pieces. Put the tomatoes, mozzarella and olives in the bowl. Now cut the garlic cloves into very small pieces and place them in a saucepan or very small saucepan with the butter and sizzle them for a few minutes until the butter has melted. Now take the garlic sauce off the stove and add the olive oil. Now all you have to do is wait until the pasta has finished cooking.
  3. Pour off the water and add the pasta to the tomatoes, mozzarella and olives in the bowl. Now just pour the garlic sauce over it and mix the whole thing carefully.
