  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 100 g ham, (cooked) or peas
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 20 g butter
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water and drain. Place in a nest in 12 muffin tins (one tray).
  2. Sauté the onion in the butter and add the ham or peas, cut into small pieces.
  3. Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, cream and parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the ham (or pea) mixture. Pour the mixture over the noodle nests and bake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Garnish with the basil.
