Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 g butter, cold
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme or parsley, chopped
  • 200 g spahetti
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with butter, a pinch of salt and the water. Then put the dough in foil and cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them briefly in the hot oil and fold in the thyme or parsley. Cut the ham into strips and coarsely grate the cheese.
  3. Mix the eggs, creme fraiche and half of the cheese and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the dough and use it to line a greased pie or springform pan. Fill with spaghetti, ham and mushrooms, pour the egg mixture on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Off in the oven: preheated to 200 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
