Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 350 g tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 2 handfuls rocket, approx., As you like
  • Pine nuts, also sunflower seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), diced
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente and allow to cool.
  2. Drain the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Do not pour away the oil, but mix well with the tomato pieces, salt, pepper, garlic and chilli and add to the spaghetti. Mix everything well.
  3. Then toast the pine nuts and mix them in. The rocket is cut into small pieces or plucked and only added to the salad just before serving.
  4. The parmesan is grated and placed in a small bowl. I always put it on the table separately from the salad so that everyone can add something to it. Not everyone likes Parmesan.
