Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 leeks
  • 6 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 tablespoon Maggi
  • 6 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat and leek cut into rings in a little oil until the minced meat is crumbly and cooked through (the thinner you cut the leek rings, the less you will notice the leek in the salad afterwards).
  2. Put everything in a large bowl. Add 6 tablespoons of lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed), Maggi and oil and 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir well.
