Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 125 g rocket, cleaned
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Peel and chop 1 clove of garlic, fry in 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Put 2 handfuls of rocket in the pan and let it cook for 30 sec. fry for a long time. Drain the pasta, add to the pan and mix with the sauce. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Halve tomatoes, place in a bowl, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Peel and chop 2 cloves of garlic, sprinkle over the tomatoes. Salt, pepper. Place in the microwave on the highest setting for 2 minutes. Then chop up with the hand blender.
  4. Spread the rest of the fresh rocket leaves over the spaghetti. Pour tomato sauce over it and rub parmesan over it.
