Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 75 ml cream
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water al dente.
  2. In the meantime, leave out the bacon cubes until they are lightly browned. Puree the eggs with the cream and basil. Mix in the grated parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the bacon and egg mixture on the hotplate, which has now been switched off, until the egg binds slightly. Serve on preheated plates.
