  • Butter – 30 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan.

  2. Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onions.
  4. Wash greens and chop finely.
  5. The water boiled. Season with salt, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Layout the pasta.
  6. While stirring, bring the spaghetti to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook until tender, according to the instructions (as a rule, durum wheat pasta is cooked for about 8-10 minutes).

  12. Put the pasta in the pan with the fried onions. Stir and fry for a few minutes.
  13. Put the cheese and eggs. Stir, fry for 1-2 minutes.
  14. Put the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese.
