Spaghetti with Cheese and Eggs

How to whip up a delicious dinner? It’s simple, I’ll tell you Cooking spaghetti with cheese and eggs. Even guests are not ashamed to serve such a dish.
Ingredients
- Pasta – 300 g.
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
- Butter – 30 g
- Greens to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan.
- Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Peel, wash, and finely chop the onions.
- Wash greens and chop finely.
- The water boiled. Season with salt, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Layout the pasta.
- While stirring, bring the spaghetti to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook until tender, according to the instructions (as a rule, durum wheat pasta is cooked for about 8-10 minutes).
- Preheat a frying pan. Add butter.
- Put prepared onions in hot oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
- Drive chicken eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Beat and add 2/3 grated cheese. Mix everything well.
- Throw the finished spaghetti in a colander, let the water drain (do not wash hard pasta).
- Put the pasta in the pan with the fried onions. Stir and fry for a few minutes.
- Put the cheese and eggs. Stir, fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Put the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Spaghetti with cheese is ready! Serve with fresh herbs.
