Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 leek
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g cream or milk
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. Fry the minced meat vigorously in the olive oil and add the leek, cut into rings. Pour approx. 1/4 l milk, add the 2 types of cheese and the cream, melt and let everything simmer. Season to taste with salt, pepper and marjoram. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little more milk.
  3. Serve the sauce with the drained spaghetti.
