Ingredients
- 200 g spahetti
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 250 g shrimp (s), kin prawn
- 5 spring onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Cut the spring onions into small rolls. Finely chop the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Core the chilli and cut into small strips. Chop the parsley and thyme.
- Heat the oil and sear the spring onions first, then fry the prawns vigorously and briefly.
- Remove the prawns from the pan. Now add the chopped herbs, the halved tomatoes and the garlic and let simmer.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
- Put the prawns back in the pan with the tomatoes and add about 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Season again with pepper and salt.
- Mix the spaghetti with the shrimp tomatoes well, let them steep a little and serve drizzled with a good olive oil.
