Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 250 g shrimp (s), kin prawn
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into small rolls. Finely chop the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Core the chilli and cut into small strips. Chop the parsley and thyme.
  2. Heat the oil and sear the spring onions first, then fry the prawns vigorously and briefly.
  3. Remove the prawns from the pan. Now add the chopped herbs, the halved tomatoes and the garlic and let simmer.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
  5. Put the prawns back in the pan with the tomatoes and add about 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Season again with pepper and salt.
  6. Mix the spaghetti with the shrimp tomatoes well, let them steep a little and serve drizzled with a good olive oil.
