  • 200 g spahetti
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 0.5 ½ pack cream cheese
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onion, chop it finely and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Cut the bacon into fine strips, add to the onions and fry. Deglaze with a little broth. Add the cheese and let it melt while stirring. Dilute with broth until the desired consistency is achieved. Boldly season with nutmeg, season with salt and pepper.
