Spaghetti with Cuttlefish Ink Instructions

  1. The first thing to do is squid. Peel them well and cut into thin rings. Send olive oil to a saucepan or frying pan, heat it up. Peel and chop the garlic, send it to a saucepan, fry a little.
  2. Lay out the pre-prepared squid or other seafood that you will use in your recipe for making spaghetti with cuttlefish ink.
  3. Add some paprika and (if desired) chili peppers. Mix gently.
  4. Do not keep the seafood on the fire too long, otherwise it will become tough. A couple can be removed from the saucepan and left to serve, and add ink to the rest.
  5. Add pasta to boiling salted water.
  6. Mix everything thoroughly to distribute the color evenly. It turns out very original, isn’t it?

Bon appetit!
