Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti
  • 300 g fennel
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
  2. Finely dice the fennel and tomatoes. Chop the onion and garlic. Steam both in oil for about 3 minutes. Add the fennel, tomatoes and vegetable stock. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the fennel tomato sauce and pasta. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
