Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled or pizza tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • paprika powder
  • basil
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 350 g spahetti

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in them. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly and brown. Roast the tomato paste. Deglaze with the canned tomatoes, add the herbs, bring the sauce to a boil and simmer on the lowest level for at least 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and sugar.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the sauce.
  3. You can also serve a salad as a side dish.
