Instructions

  1. Remove the green parts from the leek, cut into narrow rings (approx. 0.5-1 cm) and wash so that the sand comes off.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until it is done (not really brown!), Seasoning with pepper, paprika and salt. Then add the leek rings. Fry together until the minced meat is nice and brown and the leek is done, being careful not to make the leek too mushy.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the leek and mince mixture.
  5. Variations:
  6. The minced leek mass tastes very good with a little soy sauce as well as with sweet chili sauce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
