Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 g ham
  • 125 g peas, frozen
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, bring the cream to the boil, add the peas and the finely chopped garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes on a low level. Cut the ham into fine cubes and add. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Strain the cooked spaghetti and arrange on plates. Pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley and serve with grated Parmesan.
