Ingredients

  • 2 pts. Salmon, smoked, sliced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 glass orange juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • Oil for frying
  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the onion, cut in half and thinly slice. Then sauté the slices briefly in a little heated oil in a pan or saucepan. Cut the salmon slices into pieces and add to the onions. Deglaze everything with the orange juice. Add the sour cream and mascarpone and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the pasta on plates and pour the salmon sauce over them. Serve immediately.
  4. Tip: If you like it, you can also add a teaspoon of mustard to the sauce.
