Ingredients

  • 300 g spahetti or other pasta, cooked the day before
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet bacon, streaky
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Fry the pasta from the day before with the bacon, then mix the tomato paste with the processed cheese and milk, season to taste, add the clove of garlic.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the cheese mixture, pour over the pasta and let it set.
