Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti
  • 130 g suar snap peas
  • 10 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), large fresh
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. If necessary, unthread the snow peas, cut the spring onions into thin rings, chop the garlic, halve the chili peppers, remove the seeds and cut across into very thin strips, halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  3. Meanwhile, lightly fry the snow peas in plenty of olive oil, then add the remaining ingredients and just heat well.
  4. Mix in the cooked spaghetti and serve.
