Instructions

  1. Cut frozen spinach leaves into cubes. Put a little oil in a pan and slowly defrost the spinach.
  2. When the spinach is thawed, add pasta water, instead of oil or salt, add a little vegetable stock to the water.
  3. Add the onion, finely diced, and the garlic clove (crushed) to the spinach. Let everything steam a little.
  4. Cut the ham into small pieces. Add the cream, a little vegetable stock and ham to the spinach. Stir in the entire pack of processed cheese.
  5. Put the spaghetti in boiling pasta water and cook for about 8-10 minutes (as desired).
  6. Let the sauce simmer gently and season with a little pepper, salt and sugar.
  7. If the sauce is a little too thin, just carefully thicken it with a little sauce thickener. Stirring quickly prevents lumps from forming.
  8. Let the sauce simmer until the noodles are ready. Rinse the pasta, add a little olive oil and serve with sauce.
