Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 400 g spinach, fresh
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 60 g meat (sliced meat)
  • 150 g crème fraîche or crème léère
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce
  • Parmesan or Sbrinz, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Blanch the spinach in salted water for 5 minutes. Finely chop the spring onions and simmer in the stock. Chop the sliced meat and add. Mix in the spinach (drained) as well. Add the creme légère, salt, pepper and soy sauce, season well. Drain the spaghetti and fold in. Serve with grated sbrinz or parmesan.
