Ingredients

  • 5 large tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 5 teaspoons pesto, optionally red or green
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  • 250 g spahetti
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. First put the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces (approx. 2 - 3 cm). Also cut the garlic and the onion into small pieces and put everything in a pan with a little olive oil to sweat it.
  2. After about 5 minutes, when everything has collapsed a little, add the pesto and cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like, you can sprinkle parmesan on top.
