Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic, or more
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 can tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 small peperoncini, red, hot
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper
  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel and press the garlic. Cut the onions into cubes. Chop the pepperoncini as well.
  2. Put the olive oil in a saucepan and heat it up. Then add the pressed garlic and fry until it turns brown. Add the onions and fry lightly. When the onions are slightly translucent, add the tuna, chop and fry them. Add the pizza tomatoes and the chopped pepperoncini, stir well and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti al dente, strain and pour a little olive oil over them.
