Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 bulb (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some stalks parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain and drain according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, chop both finely. Wash the parsley and also cut into small pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, fry the onions and garlic in it until translucent and deglaze with the white wine. Simmer for 3 minutes, then add the cream and the drained tuna. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes and then mix in the parmesan and chopped parsley.
  3. Put the spaghetti on a plate and spread the sauce on top.
