Spanish lasagna is quick, simple, and delicious! Even a child can do it.
Ingredients
Canned red beans in their own juice – 250g
Canned corn – 220g
Tomato sauce – 480ml
Water / broth – 250ml
Basmati rice – 230g
Chicken thigh – 4pcs
Parmesan cheese – 90g
Greens – 30g
Spices – To taste
Instructions
Take a heat-resistant dish and add the beans and corn and add the rice. To make it more crumbly, you can fry it in a pan with a little sunflower oil for 3-5 minutes. Pour the tomato sauce, water, and spices to taste. and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cut the thighs in half and put them on our mixture. Cover the dish with foil, tightly closing the edges. No need to make holes. Put in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, we take out the dish, remove the foil and add the grated cheese. We again send it to the oven until tender (for 10-15 minutes).
Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve! Enjoy your meal
