Ingredients

  • 300 g pork tenderloin (s) in cubes
  • 400 g potato (s), floury, diced
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 ml wine, red, Spanish
  • 1 green pepper (s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes in it, then take it out and brown the meat all over.
  2. Squeeze the garlic and add to the meat. Add the paprika powder, stir in the tomato paste and add the potatoes.
  3. Season everything with salt and pepper, then pour in the wine. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add paprika after 10 minutes. Season the finished dish with salt and cayenne pepper.
