  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 50 ml beer
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast to taste. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into wedges. Peel the onions and cut into rings, wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Wash and dice tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Put the vegetables in a bowl, season well and mix well. Put the vegetables in a baking dish with a lid (e.g. the good old ones from Jenaer Glas). The seasoned chicken breast on top or in between. Now pour the 50 ml of beer over the whole mess (drink the rest of the bottle yourself). In the oven for about 30 minutes. After this time turn everything over
  2. and for another 30 minutes in the oven.
