Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 75 grams sugar
- 80 ml lime juice
- 70 ml vodka
- 500 ml lemonade (bitter lemon), well chilled

- Puree the strawberries with the limes, sugar and vodka. Pass through a sieve to filter out the kernels and refrigerate.
- To serve, top up the well-chilled strawberry mixture with bitter lemon. Tastes fruity-fresh and sweet-tingling.
