Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard for approx. 8 to 10 minutes and then let them cool down. Cut the chives into small rolls and place in a bowl. Then cut the dill into small pieces and add and mix together. Cut the tomatoes into not too thick slices and arrange on a plate. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and also arrange on a plate. Peel the hard-boiled eggs, cut them with an egg cutter (if available) and serve.
  2. Put the quark in a bowl, mix with a little milk and sugar so that it is easy to spread. Now brush the bread with the margarine or butter and then with the quark. The quark must not be spread too thinly on the bread. Would say about 1 1/2 tablespoon per bread. First sprinkle a little salt on the quark and then generously pour the herbs on it. Sprinkle some salt on the herbs again. Then top the bread alternately with cucumber, tomato and egg. Then sprinkle the whole thing with salt and pepper. Finally, spread the herbs generously over the top again and sprinkle with salt again.
  3. If there is anything left of the cucumbers, tomatoes and eggs, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, they also taste great.
