Ingredients

  • 250 g speculoos (spicy)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 250 ml cream
  • 7 tablespoon honey (forest honey)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the speculoos and grind them finely with a grinder or hand mixer.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with the liquid cream with the mixer. Add 5 tablespoon honey and mix well.
  3. Then pour in the grinded speculoos and beat into a homogeneous, stiff cream.
  4. Pour the cream into dessert bowls and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  5. Before serving, drizzle the remaining honey over the bowls.
