Ingredients

  • 500 g spelled flour type 630
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 350 ml milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 g cranberries, dried, rouhly chopped (also raisins, cherries etc. to taste)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk with the butter.
  2. In the meantime, mix all the dry ingredients and then knead well with the milk.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then place the dough in a loaf pan in the cold oven and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  4. A sweet temptation with cheese or with butter and honey.
