Instructions

  1. The eggs are separated and the egg whites are beaten until stiff and then set aside. Tip: The egg white stiffens faster when the bowl is cold.
  2. Now whip the egg yolks with the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy.
  3. The baking powder is mixed into the flour and is then alternately added to the egg yolk mixture with the milk and stirred. Then the bananas are mashed and put into the dough with the cinnamon. Finally, the egg white is slowly folded in.
  4. Then you can bake the batter in your waffle iron in portions to make waffles.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
