Ingredients

  • 800 g spelled flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast or cube fresh yeast
  • 15 g salt
  • 1 teaspoon bread spice mixture
  • 4 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
  • 750 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients with the food processor for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the viscous dough in a large or two small baking tins, cover and let the dough rise a little.
  3. Put the bread in the oven at 50 degrees for 60 minutes until it has enlarged significantly. Then bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
