Ingredients
- 150 g spelled flakes
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) ground cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
- 4 tablespoon raw cane sugar
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink), or coconut milk
- 6 tablespoon plum jam or elderberry jam

- Mix the flakes with salt, cinnamon, orange peel and sugar, pour the heated milk over them and leave to swell for 40 minutes. Shape the mixture into balls or dumplings and serve with the fruit pulp.
- As a dessert or with more milk as a porridge for breakfast.
