Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g spelled flour (type 630)
  • 300 g wheat flour (type 550)
  • 100 g spelled flakes, coarse
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • some malt beer to brush on
  • Sesame or sunflower seeds or poppy seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the BBA in the order listed and make the dough using the dough program.
