Ingredients
- 250 ml malt beer
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 200 g spelled flour (type 630)
- 300 g wheat flour (type 550)
- 100 g spelled flakes, coarse
- 1 pack dry yeast
- some malt beer to brush on
- Sesame or sunflower seeds or poppy seeds for sprinkling

- Place all ingredients in the BBA in the order listed and make the dough using the dough program.
