Ingredients

  • 150 g spelled flour
  • 150 g rye flour
  • 110 g seeds, (sunflower or pumpkin seeds) or mixed
  • 250 g quark
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar, or honey

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar or honey in lukewarm water, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and stir well with a whisk. Pour this liquid mixture into the bread pan. Add the flour, quark and grains and start program 1 (basic) and deep browning.
  2. If you like it a little heartier, you can add dried herbs or spices.
