Ingredients

  • 320 g spelled flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 130 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 80 g honey
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml milk
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and butter together until crumble forms. Add honey, vanilla and eggs and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and place in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the milk and let it cool to room temperature while stirring.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat (approx. 160 ° C convection).
  4. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly. Cut out round biscuits and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The batter is enough for approx. 19 biscuits.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes and then let cool down.
  6. Stir the cooled chocolate cream well again and use a small knife or teaspoon to spread it over half of the biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits on top of the cream and press lightly.
