Ingredients

  • 125 g spelled, finely round
  • 0.5 ½ sachet baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon flavor (vanilla flavor)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the spelled flour with the baking powder. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a smooth dough. Let it swell briefly, the whole grain will then draw some liquid. If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk.
  2. Now bake the dough in the waffle iron. If you like, you can brush the waffles with apple or other puree or sprinkle with powdered sugar in the classic way.
