Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled like rice (pre-steamed spelled)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Quarter and slice the zucchini, peel and dice the onion. Finely dice the garlic. Cut the feta into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the finely chopped onion in it until translucent. Add the spelled and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add the zucchini and fry briefly. Deglaze with the hot vegetable stock. Mix in the tomato paste and spices well and add the garlic. Cook with the lid closed and over low heat until the spelled is cooked through. Add a little more liquid if necessary. Finally fold in the feta and let it melt in 1-2 minutes.
